Please Confirm Your Phone Number

As we prepare to transition to a new library catalog, there are steps that you may take now, that will ensure account access in the new system.

PIN numbers will be reset to match the last four digits of the phone number on file.

When logging in to the new system, you will be required to use the last four digits of your phone number.

Please make sure that the phone number on record is current and correct today!

Here is how to verify and update your phone number.

1. Log in to the My Account area.

Once logged in, the following screen will appear:

2. Click the CHANGE MY INFO button.

3. The following information will appear.

4. If the information is correct, click SUBMIT- you are finished.

5. If not, type in your correct phone number in the phone number field and click the SUBMIT button.

6. After the transition to the new catalog, it will be possible to customize your PIN.

All KCLS Catalog My Account Features will be temporarily unavailable during the migration phase.
